| Our sheep are 100% grass-fed and are rotationally grazed to ensure optimum health. We chose Katahdin because they are a "hair sheep", meaning they do not have to be sheered, and because of their reputed mild flavor. Our guard dog, Tekker, enjoys lounging with the flock. | |
